TS LAWCET Result 2017 Points to Remember
TS LAWCET 2017 comprised of 120 questions, each carrying one mark. There is no negative marking. Therefore the TS LAWCET 2017 Result reflects the total score obtained by candidates out of these 120 questions.
To be considered for TS LAWCET Result and TS LAWCET Rank Card 2017, candidates need to obtain atleast 42 marks, that is by answering 35% of the questions correctly. SC/ ST candidates will not have this rule.
TS LAWCET Result 2017 has been announced on June 10 and the TS LAWCET Rank Card 2017 will be available for download one week later.

What if there is a tie in TS LAWCET Score 2017?
TS LAWCET 2017 Rank Card order will be based on the scores obtained by candidates in the TS LAWCET 2017 Result. Candidates will be ranked in the order of merit, meaning the more marks they obtain out of 120, the higher their rank. There could be cases of two or more candidates obtaining the same score. In such cases, their respective ranks will be determined on the basis of the following TS LAWCET 2017 tie-breaking process-
The more the marks secured by a candidate in Part C of TS LAWCET 2017 - Aptitude for the Study of Law – the higher the rank.
If marks secured in Part C are also equal, then marks secured in Part B of TS LAWCET 2017 – Current Affairs – will be considered.
Candidates who secure the same marks in TS LAWCET 2017, as well as in parts C and B of the test, will be bracketed together in the same TS LAWCET 2017 rank but seniority in age will be prioritised during admission time.
Candidates seeking admissions to the Three Year LL.B and Five Year Integrated LL.B courses in the state law colleges of Telangana for 2017-18 will have to ensure they gain atleast the minimum marks required for qualification for TS LAWCET Result 2017 and obtain a high score to gain a good position in the TS LAWCET Rank Card 2017.
