About AILET PG 2024
National Law University, Delhi will publish the third AILET LLM 2024 merit list today, January 22, 2024. Shortlisted must participate in the AILET LLM counselling 2024 and pay the confirmation fee of Rs. 50000 by January 27, 2024. The AILET allotment list would be published on the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Earlier the university had published the first and second AILET LLM 2024 merit list and completed the counselling process for the two rounds.
NLU Delhi had published the entire AILET LLM 2024 counselling schedule on its official website. As per the schedule, the AILET LLM 2024 counselling registration was open from December 15-22, 2023. Earlier, the university had announced the AILET LLM 2024 result on December 13, 2023 along with the AILET LLM 2024 final answer key. The AILET LLM 2024 invite list was published on November 15, 2023. The university had released the AILET LLM 2024 provisional answer key on December 10, 2023.
It must be noted that the AILET LLM 2024 was conducted on December 10, 2023 from 11 am till 1 pm in offline mode in around 39 exam centres across the country. Candidates could download AILET 2024 admit card from the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. It must be noted that no physical copies of AILET LLM 2024 admit card would be issued to candidates. Earlier, the university had closed the AILET LLM 2024 application form on November 15, 2023.
AILET LLM 2024 Revised Syllabus and Exam Pattern
NLU Delhi has made quite some changes to the AILET LLM syllabus and exam pattern. Students will now have 120 minutes to attempt the exam. Earlier the time duration for the exam was earlier 90 minutes. All questions in AILET PG will now be asked from different branches of law in the form of MCQs. Also, there will be no descriptive questions in the AILET PG 2024 exam. Each question in the exam will now carry one mark, which means the maximum marks are now 100 instead of 150.

The purpose of AILET LLM is to admit students into the one year LLM programme of National Law University, Delhi. NLU Delhi prepares a merit list based on the scores obtained in AILET and holds multiple counselling rounds for its admissions process. The LLM programme at NLU Delhi has an intake capacity of 70 seats through AILET merit. NLU Delhi will publish the third AILET LLM seat allotment on January 22 and commence the third round of AILET PG 2024 counselling. Shortlisted candidates would be required to complete the admission formalities and pay the required fees. Earlier, the university had published the AILET LLM 2024 allotment list for first two rounds and conducted the counselling process for the same. The AILET LLM 2024 counselling registration was open from December 15-22. Candidates could register for the counselling in online mode on the official website.
AILET LLM counselling 2024 - Steps
Step 1: Check AILET invite list 2024 - The university will release the list of shortlisted candidates for AILET 2024 counselling after the declaration of results. Candidates three times more than the available seats will be invited for AILET counselling 2024. Only those candidates who will receive the invitation will be eligible to appear in the counselling.
Step 2: AILET 2024 counselling registration - Invited candidates will have to login to the admission portal using their registration number or application number as well as date of birth. They will also have to pay the counselling fee and upload the necessary documents and print the acknowledgement slip for future reference.
Step 3: Provisional admission list for AILET 2024 - The university will release the course-wise first provisional admission list after the verification of the documents submitted by the eligible candidates along with the waiting list.
Step 4: Admission fee payment - The candidates who are shortlisted will have to pay the counselling fees and the pay the remaining admission fees within the deadline.

what is the mode of AILET Pg exam offline or online?
The AILET PG Exam 2020 will be conducted by the National Law University, Delhi. The exam will be taken on the 26th of September 2020. It will be a centre- based online exam which means, candidates will have to go to the assigned centre to give the test which will be conducted in the CBT mode.
Can you please confirm the status of total seats for LLM this year? News reports say that seats have increased to 120, NCR reservation stayed, OBC reservation removed. NLU official website doesnt mentions reservation for OBC & EWS. Kindly confirm. Thanks

Total no. of seats offered for admission in 2020 is 2175. For UG programmes are 1308. The number of seats available for the special category is 325. The total number of seats offered to the candidates of the state where the NLUs are located is 621.
